Ibis Styles Dresden Neustadt

The hotel is conveniently located on a tram route that takes you to Central Dresden in just around 15 minutes, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel are incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and offer a lovely view of the surroundings. Plus, the breakfast buffet is a great added value, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

Friendly hotel staff on site, not sure therefore how the mistake could have happened (please see negative feedback below)

Reserved a 'Business Double Room', with photos showing a double bed. Called twice, and spoke with two different staff, to make sure that the bed was a double (I mentioned Queen or King size) and not two singles that could be conned. Despite being assured twice that it was, we were still given two single beds. Can a general message be sent to hotels on Booked.net (in Dresden, at least) that they correclty advertise their rooms?

Big, comfortable room.

No fridge in the room. We arrived earlier than check-in (which was at 3pm!!!) and although their rooms were free they didn't give us a room so we had to go to the city dirty and tired from the trip. Most of the staff spoke English below communicational level. The room window had a view to warehouses and huts. Too expensive for its quality in general.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely designed with contemporary art on the walls. The breakfast was a highlight, with a huge selection of healthy and hearty foods, including a real treat for children. The hotel's location made it easy to explore this city, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Comfort, easy to regulate temperature in the room, kidness of staff

Room was very comfortable, ability to check luggage before check in time was a big plus.

The only gripe was that the location from the sites and city was a little further away than published. City transportation will alleviate some of the distance, however not all.

Convenient location near transport stations. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Clean and well-maintained. Great selection for breakfast. Quiet with good curtains. Tram stop and beer garden nearby.

The hotel its prety far from de city, as Tte. ñAme says centrum I gote the hotel. But very bad location

I can't tell anything good about this hotel. A room was very small. There was no hot water in a bathroom in the morning. The inhospitable personnel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Germany that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is housed in a charming classical corner house, giving it a unique and impressive ambiance. Inside, everything is new and clean, and I particularly loved the "cave-like" restaurant/bar – it created a cozy and unique atmosphere. Our room was spacious and bright, with light colors and even a balcony to enjoy. It was also wonderfully clean and smelled fresh. The location, although not right in the city center, was conveniently accessible by public transport, taking only 15 minutes to reach the heart of the city.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic.

breakfast quality is reather low

The breakfast spread was great with a lot of variety to choose from. The room was clean and spacious, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with easy access to key tourist attractions.

The air conditioning was not functional, which made our stay uncomfortable and hot. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and the shared spaces seemed poorly maintained.

It was close to the City Center and had a tram stop next to it. Also had a supermarket just next to it. Room was quite good.

I would recommend this hotel only if you get a good price.

clean, spacious rooms. nearby is a tram station (8 min) and the tram goes straight to the old town. good value for money
